ResolveNow offers virtual consultations, strategy sessions, and premium on-site assistance. Service tiers, pricing, and durations are clearly listed on our platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information when booking a consultation. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for illegal purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of booking. ResolveNow uses third-party payment processors and is not responsible for errors made by the payment gateway.
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the start time at no charge. If ResolveNow is unable to resolve your issue, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session.
ResolveNow provides guidance and document assistance but does not guarantee specific outcomes from government authorities. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
